  | The quickest and most efficient way to contact me for support help is through the email system. I am able to respond to more people in a shorter amount of time using email. I do listen to my voice mail messages once or twice a day. I respond to my email every time I get back to my office. If you need assistance please email me at mcmurray@ftsd.org . In the panel to the left you will see a section called "Tutorial Library". You will find files with tutorials that will explain how to perform certain tasks on our network. Also to the left you will find a "Link Library" that contains links to tutorials that are on the web. If you find a broken link in these areas please let me know so I can correct the problem.
