Hello! My name is Ms. Patch and this is my second year teaching in the Frenchtown School District. Last year, I taught 7th grade life science and this year I am excited to teach biology, biomed, and chemistry! I grew up in Augusta, Montana and I attended school at Carroll College where I got degrees in Biology, Chemistry, and Secondary Education. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, floating the river, kayaking, going to concerts, and traveling with friends and family.

    Why I Teach

When I first went to college, I thought I was going to go into the healthcare field, but this plan changed when I started working at an elementary school as a reading and math tutor for first graders. This job helped me realize how much I enjoy teaching and how special the relationships you can build through education are. As a result, I decided to blend my love for science and education together to become a secondary science teacher.
