    Class Description(s)
    Freshmen and Sophomore Physical Education classes emphasize improving students' cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance and motor skills through the use of cardio training, strength training and motor skill development using a variety of sport and recreational games. 

    Personal Fitness
    is geared toward Junior and Senior students who wish to continue to develop their individual fitness through strength-training and cardio-respiratory fitness routines.
