During the school closure, my office hours will be from 8:30-11:30 am on all scheduled school days. I will be working from home, in the afternoon. Check this page daily, for updates.
First, and foremost, I hope that you are all helathy and ready to get back into a routine!
Band students: It is crucial that you pick up your instrument on Friday, March 20. I will be available, in the bandroom, from 7:30-9:00 and 3:30-5:00. Assignments will be posted on Google Classroom. Assignments will be recorded and submitted for a grade, as a quiz. Check daily, for updates and tips. I will have detailed directions on how to record and submit your playing quizzes on Tuesday or Wednesday. Recordings must be suibmittedby 3:30 on the Friday March 27.
Beginning Percussion students, rhythm assignments will be posted each Friday. Sticks and drums will not be required. Exercises may be performed on your knee, as we often rerhears in class. Recorded quizzes must be submitted the following Friday, no later than 3:30. Stay tuned for directions on how to submit your recording.
Music appreciation students, asignments will be posted on Friday, March 20. Due date will be Friday, March 27, 3:30 pm.
All out-of-district travel is cancelled until further notice. The high school trip to Seattle has been canceled by by WorldStrides. I will attempt to call all Seattle trip parents in the next fewdays to touch base. We will not participate in District or State Music Festival, this year.BiographyI am a Helena native.
