    Important Information


    Allplayers must have the following forms on file before they may begin practice:


    1.    Sports Physical,

    2.    Student/ParentConcussion Information Verification,

    3.    ParticipationPermission Slip


    These forms can be picked upin the JH office or downloaded from the district website at ftsd.org "Activities "Formsfor Participation



    • Day 1 Practice – Wednesday August 27, 2013.  Practice will typically last from 3:30- 5:30, but may be shorter on days after games. 
    • Gear checkout will be conducted by grade level immediately after practice during the first week.
    • Participation fee is $30 and includes the player’s jersey and a mouthpiece
    • There will be no JHS Football practice on Wednesday - September 17, (Early Out)
    • Last Practice will be for equipment check in on Wednesday, October 15, immediately after school.  Please have equipment washed and ready to turn in. 


    If your player has any unique medicalconditions please make sure the coaching staff knows (inhalers, epi-pen,allergies,etc.)
