Mrs. Lucier grew up in Minnesota and graduated from Concordia College with a BA in mathematics. She then taught junior high mathematics for seven years and coached varsity swimming and junior high track. In 1999, she was hired as the head swimming and diving coach, aquatic director, and exercise science instructor at Concordia College. While at Concordia, she earned an MS in Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Science from North Dakota State University. She moved to Frenchtown in 2013 because her husband, Scott became a State Farm agent in Missoula. Mrs. Lucier is actively involved with Standards-Based Teaching Revewing Educators Across Montana (STREAM), gave a STEM presentation at a national engineering conference, and received the Erdie Memorial scholarship which recognizes promising future administrators in Montana. She is also one of the junior high track coaches in Frenchtown.
