My family moved out to Frenchtown, from Minnesota, the summer before I went into 3rd grade. I was a graduate of Frenchtown High School in 2000. I attended UM-Western in Dillon, Montana, with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I taught 5th grade at Legacy Preparatory Academy in North Salt Lake, Utah, for two years. After returning to Montana, I taught Kindergarten at Heck/Quaw Elementary in Belgrade, Pre-school at Quail Hollow Cooperative Day School in Bozeman, and then returned to the Missoula/Frenchtown area to substitute teach for two years. I am privileged to return, for my third year, as a 5th grade teacher at the school in which I grew up.
My husband and I have known each other since we were 5th graders at Frenchtown Elementary. Our daughter, Emma, will be attending Kindergarten this year at Frenchtown and is very excited! Due to our new arrival, Skylar, I will be gone until October. Mrs. Kim Simpson will be my maternity substitute. Please feel free to contact me via email and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
