I am originally from sunny Southern California, but after high school, I needed a change of scenery and beautiful Montana perfectly filled the void. Here I attended the University of Montana where I received a Bachelor's in Art as well as a K-12 teaching certification. I then spent two years at Lolo School as a paraprofessional where I learned the ropes that set me up for this awesome position at Frenchtown! This is my third year of teaching Art.
In my free time I like to go on hikes or mountain biking with my very energetic dog, catch up with friends, look up cooking recipes but never make the time to cook them, go on a road-trip, and of course make Art of my own, specifically pottery. I live in Missoula with my also teacher husband, my dog, cat, and five chickens. There is never a dull moment!
I feel so lucky and honored to be a part of this new K-8 Art program & awesome school district!
