    Welcome to Mrs. Long’s Class
I am so excited to be involved in your child's academic journey. As the school year progresses, your child will learn how to manage their time and be independent in my classroom. I provide students with opportunities to grow both academically and socially. I believe in the importance of fostering a desire in all students to understand and love the process of learning. I want students to be invested in their own educational experience.

    A Little Bit about Myself

I grew up north of Missoula in the small town of Moiese. It is located at the entrance of the National Bison Range. My family owned a small farm on the Flathead River. I developed a strong work ethic, working in the potato fields in the summertime, but I always looked forward to school starting in the fall. I developed a passion for learning and I still love the feeling of being in school. This led me to pursue my Masters degree in teaching and here I am in Frenchtown with a class of my own. Mr. Long teaches at Frenchtown High School and our son also attends Frenchtown Schools.
