**Online Learning Information**:
Dear Frenchtown High School students and family members,
The physical education team at Frenchtown is working to provide you with resources to help you stay physically active and healthy while our schools are closed. We will also be assigning a Monday Health activity/assignment just like if we were in regular school. We will be using Google Classroom for Monday Health. Assignments and activities will be available there. I have invited all students, but if you need the code for Monday Health it is gjuewnr. We will also have print copies available for students who do not have internet access. Please email me and let me know if you need a print copy and we will work to get that to you or you can pick it up Friday 3/20/20 at the school.
In order to meet physical education goals during this time, students should try to be physically active for 60 minutes a day during the week. Use this physical activity log posted on the Google Classroom PE page to record your activity time. Remember, activity time doesn’t have to happen all at once. You can add up your total activity throughout the day to equal 60 minutes. Students, make sure if you do multiple activities for your physical activity that you list them and time spent on each. Then at the end of each day ask a family member to sign next to the day’s total activity, verifying you have completed your minutes for the day. The code for Freshman PE for google classroom is rniqmxf and the code for Fitness Class is jr2hrjz. Again if you do not have internet access, come pick up a copy Friday 3/20/20 or email and we will work to get it to you.
Below you will find a list of activities and ideas for staying physically active or come up with your own!! Be creative!! We will also be sharing links and video links for at home workouts too.
